The terms for using Kwickprep’s website, classes and learning platform.

These Terms govern your use of kwickprep.com and the Kwickprep learning platform (“Services”), provided by Kwickprep Education Services LLP, Ahmedabad, Gujarat. By accessing the site, enquiring, enrolling or using the platform, you agree to these Terms. If the student is under 18, a parent/legal guardian must read, accept and consent on the student’s behalf.
Kwickprep provides live online coaching and learning resources in Computer Science, Informatics Practices, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence and programming (Python/Java/C/C++) for CBSE, ICSE/ISC, IGCSE, GSEB and NIOS, plus a learning platform, demo classes, notes, practicals and doubt-solving. We are an independent coaching provider and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an agent of CBSE, ICSE/CISCE, Cambridge (IGCSE), GSEB, NIOS or any board.
Fees are as quoted at enrolment; any instalment options are as agreed in writing. Payments are processed securely through our payment gateway; we do not store your full card details. Applicable taxes/GST are charged as per law. Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
All course content, recordings, notes, materials, question banks, tools, logos and the website/platform are the property of Kwickprep (or its licensors). You get a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to use them for your own learning. You may not record, copy, redistribute, resell, publicly share, or use our materials to build a competing service without written permission.
You agree not to share account access; record or redistribute classes/materials; disrupt classes; harass teachers or students; upload unlawful or harmful content; or misuse the platform. We may suspend or terminate access for breach.
Content you upload (e.g. assignments, project files) remains yours; you grant us a licence to use it as needed to provide the Services, and you confirm you have the rights to it.
The Services rely on third parties (e.g. the payment gateway, WhatsApp, video infrastructure). Your use of those is also subject to their terms; we are not responsible for their acts or outages.
Our Services are educational. We do not guarantee any specific marks, grade, rank, exam result, percentage or admission. Results depend on each student’s own effort and circumstances.
The Services are provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kwickprep is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the specific Service giving rise to the claim. Nothing limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.
We may suspend or terminate access for breach, non-payment or unlawful conduct, and may update these Terms (material changes posted here). Continued use after changes means acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat have jurisdiction, subject to your consumer-protection rights.
