How Kwickprep collects, uses and protects your information, in line with the DPDP Act, 2023.
Last updated: 20 July 2026
Kwickprep Education Services LLP (“Kwickprep”, “we”, “us”) operates kwickprep.com and the Kwickprep learning platform. We respect your privacy and are committed to handling your personal data responsibly and in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and applicable Indian law. For this data we are the Data Fiduciary.
From website visitors & enquirers: your name, mobile number, email, board, class/grade, subject of interest and any message you send; and basic website-analytics data (see “Cookies”).
From students (who may be under 18) and parents/guardians: name, contact details, board/class/subjects and academic details, login credentials, and other information you provide during enrolment and classes. Where you choose to share information relevant to safe teaching (for example a health condition or special learning need), we use it only for that purpose.
Payments: payments are processed by our payment gateway (Razorpay) in its secure PCI-DSS environment. We do not store your full card number or CVV; we keep transaction records such as amount, order/payment IDs and invoices.
Communications: messages you exchange with us on WhatsApp, email and phone, and enquiry records.
We use your data, on the basis of your consent, to: respond to enquiries and schedule demo classes; provide and run our coaching and learning-platform services; process payments and issue invoices; communicate with you and your parent/guardian; improve our services; and meet legal obligations. We collect only what we need and use it only for these purposes. We do not sell your personal data.
Because we teach school students, we often handle children’s data. A student under 18 is enrolled by a parent or legal guardian, who provides their details and consents to our processing of the student’s data for coaching, and who is responsible for the account. A parent/guardian may at any time ask us to access, correct or delete their child’s data, or withdraw consent, by contacting our Grievance Officer (below). We do not use children’s data for behavioural tracking or targeted advertising, and we continue to strengthen our age-verification and consent processes in line with the DPDP Act.
We share personal data only with service providers who process it on our behalf, under contract, for the purposes above:
| Provider | Purpose | Location |
|---|---|---|
| Razorpay | Payment processing | India |
| Meta (WhatsApp) | Messaging, OTP, enquiry replies | Global / US |
| Amazon Web Services (S3) | File & document storage | India (Mumbai) |
| MongoDB Atlas | Database | Cloud |
| Website analytics, contact sync | Global / US | |
| Microsoft (Clarity) | Website analytics, anonymised session replay & heatmaps | Global / US |
Cross-border transfer: some processing (for example messaging and certain cloud/AI features) may take place outside India, including in the United States. We take reasonable steps to protect such transfers. We may also disclose data where required by law.
We apply reasonable safeguards, including access controls, access restricted by institution/role, encryption of data in transit (HTTPS/TLS), and time-limited access links for private files. No online system can be guaranteed 100% secure, and we continue to improve our safeguards.
We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes above and to meet legal, tax and accounting requirements, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
You (or, for a child, the parent/guardian) can access a summary of your data, correct it, request erasure, withdraw consent, and nominate another person to exercise your rights. To exercise any right, contact our Grievance Officer; we aim to respond within 90 days. If unsatisfied, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
We use analytics cookies, Google Analytics, and Microsoft Clarity for anonymised session replay and heatmaps, to understand how the site is used and improve it. These are on by default; you can turn them off at any time using the toggle in the Cookie preferences section below. Microsoft Clarity records how pages are used (mouse movement, clicks, scrolling); we enable input-masking so form fields, including any student or parent details, are not captured. See our Cookie Policy for the full list.
In the event of a personal-data breach, we will notify the Data Protection Board of India and affected individuals as required by law.
