By accessing and using the Kwickprep platform, you agree to comply with these Terms of Access and Usage. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

• Accessing course materials and educational content you have subscribed to

• Communicating with instructors through designated channels

3. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Sharing, distributing, or reselling course content without authorization
• Recording, downloading, or copying course videos and materials for redistribution
• Using the platform for any commercial purpose without written permission
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform
• Uploading malicious software, viruses, or harmful code
• Engaging in any activity that disrupts platform operations or other users' experience
• Impersonating instructors, staff, or other students
• Using automated systems or bots to access the platform

4. Intellectual Property Rights

• All course materials, videos, notes, and content are the intellectual property of Kwickprep
• Content is licensed to you for personal educational use only
• You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without permission
• Kwickprep retains all copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights

5. Content Access and Restrictions

• Access to course content is limited to the subscription period you have purchased
• Kwickprep reserves the right to modify, update, or remove content at any time
• Content may have geographical or time-based access restrictions
• Simultaneous access from multiple devices may be restricted based on your subscription plan

6. User-Generated Content

If you submit any content (questions, answers, comments) on the platform:

• You grant Kwickprep a license to use, display, and distribute your content
• You are responsible for ensuring your content does not violate any laws or third-party rights
• Kwickprep reserves the right to remove any inappropriate or offensive content
• You must not submit plagiarized or copyrighted material belonging to others

7. Platform Availability

• Kwickprep strives to maintain 99% platform uptime but does not guarantee uninterrupted access
• Scheduled maintenance may require temporary platform unavailability
• Technical issues, server problems, or third-party service disruptions may affect access
• Kwickprep is not liable for any losses due to platform unavailability

8. Code of Conduct

All users must:

• Maintain respectful and professional communication with instructors and peers
• Not engage in harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior
• Report any technical issues or policy violations to support
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations while using the platform

9. Termination of Access

Kwickprep may suspend or terminate your access if:

• You violate any of these Terms of Access and Usage
• Your account shows suspicious or fraudulent activity
• You fail to make subscription payments as required
• Legal authorities request account suspension

10. Modifications to Terms

Kwickprep reserves the right to modify these Terms of Access and Usage at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes through email or platform notifications. Continued use of the platform after modifications constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
