PRICING POLICY

This Pricing Policy outlines the subscription pricing, payment terms, taxation, and third-party payment gateway services for Kwickprep Education Services LLP.

1. General Terms

• All prices displayed on the Kwickprep platform are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice, though existing subscribers will continue at their original subscription price until renewal
• The total amount payable includes applicable taxes as per Indian tax laws
• Subscription fees are non-refundable except as specified in our Refund Policy

2. Subscription Plans and Pricing

Kwickprep offers various subscription plans based on:

• Course Selection: Different courses may have different pricing tiers
• Duration: Monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, or annual subscription options
• Features: Access to live classes, recorded sessions, study materials, doubt clearing, and tests
• Student Level: Class 11 and Class 12 may have different pricing

3. Payment Terms

• Payment must be made in full at the time of subscription purchase
• Subscriptions are activated only after successful payment confirmation
• In case of payment failure, please retry or contact our support team
• For installment payments (if available), terms will be communicated separately
• Auto-renewal (if enabled) will charge the subscription fee automatically before expiry

4. Taxation

All subscription prices are subject to applicable taxes as per Indian tax regulations:

• GST (Goods and Services Tax): Applicable GST will be added to the subscription price
• The current GST rate for educational services will be applied as per government norms
• Tax invoices will be generated and provided to all subscribers
• GST details of Kwickprep Education Services LLP are available upon request
• For international payments, applicable international transaction charges may apply

5. Third-Party Payment Service Providers

Kwickprep uses trusted third-party payment gateways to process payments securely:

• Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, RuPay)
• Debit Cards (all major Indian banks)
• Net Banking (all major Indian banks)
• UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, etc.)
• Digital Wallets (Paytm, PhonePe, Amazon Pay, etc.)
• EMI options (if available for eligible purchases)

Payment Gateway Partners:

We work with industry-leading payment gateway providers that comply with PCI-DSS standards to ensure secure transactions. Your payment information is encrypted and never stored on Kwickprep servers.

Important: By making a payment through our platform, you agree to the terms and conditions of our third-party payment service providers. Kwickprep is not responsible for any payment gateway failures or transaction errors caused by third-party services.

6. Payment Security

• All payment transactions are encrypted using industry-standard SSL technology
• Your card details are never stored on Kwickprep servers
• Payment gateways are PCI-DSS compliant for maximum security
• We do not have access to your complete card details or CVV
• Two-factor authentication may be required for certain transactions

7. Payment Confirmation

• You will receive a payment confirmation email immediately after successful payment
• A tax invoice will be sent to your registered email address
• Access to course materials will be granted within 24 hours of payment confirmation
• If you don't receive confirmation, please check your spam folder or contact support

8. Failed Payments

In case of payment failure:

• Please retry the payment after verifying your payment details
• Ensure sufficient balance in your account or card limit
• Check with your bank if the transaction is blocked
• Contact our support team if the issue persists
• Pending payments may be held for verification for up to 48 hours

9. Promotional Offers and Discounts

• Kwickprep may offer promotional discounts, early bird offers, or referral benefits
• Discount codes are subject to terms and conditions specified at the time of the offer
• Offers cannot be combined unless explicitly stated
• Kwickprep reserves the right to modify or cancel offers at any time
• Discounts are applicable only on the subscription fee, not on taxes

10. Subscription Renewal

• Subscriptions will expire at the end of the purchased period unless renewed
• Renewal reminders will be sent before subscription expiry
• Auto-renewal (if opted) will charge the current price at renewal time
• You can disable auto-renewal from your account settings
• Renewal pricing may differ from the original subscription price

11. Changes to Pricing Policy

Kwickprep reserves the right to modify this Pricing Policy at any time. Changes will be communicated through email or platform notifications. Continued use of services after price changes constitutes acceptance of the updated pricing.
