TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The following are the terms and conditions applicable across the subscription modules
through the Platform of Kwickprep Education Services LLP.
Kwickprep Education Services LLP (Hereinafter referred to as “Kwickprep” or
“Platform” or “Content/Service provider” based on the terms) aims at providing various
courses to the students belonging to 10th, 11th and 12th grade through various interactive
and novel modes.
1. LOGIN AND REGISTRATION
Kwickprep shall impart education through various subscriptions models as may be
included. The details of the said subscription models shall be provided at the respective
page. Users may also obtain further information by accessing the login
Every Student or individual as the case may be, shall be required to create their own
account with Kwickprep. The creation of the said account is free. However, further
subscription models have paid fees as per their description. The user is not under any
obligation to purchase any model upon registration.
It is required that, each user attests and enters true and correct information as sought for in
their respective Login IDs. Any mischief/ false information or impersonation shall invite
appropriate criminal and legal action.
The Age requirements and other criterion as required in the Registration Page must be
fulfilled in accordance with the requirements. No objection/ dispute shall be raised over
the information sought and the necessity to do so.
Kwickprep retains and reserves all the rights to de-register or deactivate the account of any
user upon registration in case the same is found against the policy of Kwickprep or does
not conform to the pre-requisites.
2. GENERAL CONDITIONS OF USAGE.
It is stated that, the following conditions are the general conditions for the usage of the
Platform provided by Kwickprep. The said conditions are supplemental to the Terms of
Access and Usage.
A. Kwickprep at the outset reserves its rights to deny the registration or to deactivate or
permanently disable any account in compliance of any law and/or for the reason of any
of the following conditions.
B. No user shall be allowed to alter any of the content on Platform of Kwickprep in any
format.
C. No copy of any kind or creation of any work derived from the content uploaded on the
Platform of Kwickprep shall be allowed without express written permission from
Kwickprep.
D. The user agrees to receive installs and updates from time to time from Kwickprep.
These updates are designed to improve, enhance, and further develop the Platform and
may take the form of bug fixes, enhanced functions, new software modules and
completely new versions. You agree to receive such updates (and permit Kwickprep to
deliver these to you) as part of your use of the Platform.
E. You agree not to use or launch any automated system, including without limitation,
“robots,” “spiders,” or “offline readers,” that accesses the Platform in a manner that
sends more request messages to Kwickprep’s servers in a given period of time than a
human can reasonably produce in the same period by using a conventional on-line web
browser. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Kwickprep grants the operators of public
search engines permission to use spiders to copy materials from the Site for the sole
purpose of and solely to the extent necessary for creating publicly available searchable
indices of the materials, but not caches or archives of such materials. Kwickprep
reserves the right to revoke these exceptions either generally or in specific cases at any
time with or without providing any notice in this regard. You agree not to collect or
harvest any personally identifiable information, including account names, from the
Platform, nor to use the communication systems provided by the Platform, unless
otherwise mentioned herein.
F. You may post reviews, comments and other content; send other communications; and
submit suggestions, ideas, comments, questions or other information as long as the
content is not illegal, obscene, threatening, defamatory, invasive of privacy,
infringement of intellectual property rights, or otherwise injurious to third parties or
objectionable and does not consist of or contain software viruses, political
campaigning, commercial solicitation, chain letters, mass mailings or any other form
of spam. In other words, ensure that your conduct on the Platform is in accordance with
the Platform Terms, including the Terms of Access.
G. In your use of the Platform, you will, at all times, comply with all applicable laws and
regulations.
H. Kwickprep reserves the right to discontinue any aspect of the Platform at any time with
or without notice at its sole discretion.
I. The user is obligated to maintain the confidentiality of the login credentials which have
been afforded in a unique manner. Any report of any unwarranted access of the
Platform of Kwickprep may invite termination of the account or other action in
accordance with the discretion of Kwickprep.
3. TERMS OF SUBSCRIPTION
Kwickprep provides for various subscription models involving various recorded courses
and live teaching sessions depending on various models. Further, there are exercises which
need to be completed by the students which are also provided in the said models.
The term of such subscription shall depend and vary based on the particulars of the plan.
There shall be no dispute as regards the plan and their term and the User is deemed to have
agreed to the same. The date of commencement shall be computed from the date when the
payment for the subscription is made and the same is activated.
The Subscription is of a personal nature and is solely for the benefit of the person
subscribing and is not allowed to be resold by you or transferred to or shared with any other
person for consideration or otherwise. In the event we get to know that any User has resold
/ transferred / shared Subscription with another person, then Kwickprep retains the right to
cancel/terminate the Subscription forthwith.
Qualifications: Due to the limitations, if any, the Content Provider Content we make
available to you under any Subscription offering are subject to restrictions on viewing
access and on the length of time we make them available to you. These restrictions may
change over time as we add new features, devices and content to our Subscription Service.
Illustratively, following are some of the restrictions that are applicable to your access to
the content (made available through Subscription Service or otherwise)
Live – Streaming Content/ Live Videos: You will get access to attend live videos
(in other words, live- streamed content), if the same is offered as part of your
purchased Subscription. The access shall be available to you through the Platform
during the Subscription Period and shall be subject to the Platform Terms. Please
be sure to use a Supported/Compatible device while accessing the live videos.
Recorded Classes: Depending on the Subscription, we may make available the
recorded versions of any relevant live video to you for continued viewing on the
Platform during your Subscription Period. Please note that availability of the
recorded versions of any relevant live video content for your subsequent access on
the Platform is subject to our agreements with the Content Providers, various
stipulations and /or qualifications and we do not in any manner guarantee the
availability of the same for any reason whatsoever.
Quality of Streaming: The resolution and quality of the content you receive will
depend on a number of factors, including the type of Compatible Device on which
you are accessing the Kwickprep Content and your bandwidth, which may increase
or decrease over the course of your viewing. While we strive to provide you a highquality viewing experience, we make no guarantee as to the resolution or quality of
the content you will see when streaming.
The Users are informed that there is no representation and or warranty of any kind on behalf
of Kwickprep pertaining to any of the aforesaid aspects.
Different subscription models may be modified or altered in according to the discretion an
policy of Kwickprep. No user of a policy shall claim any parity with any other user /
subscription model which has been altered in any manner.
4. DEACTIVATION OF ACCOUNT OR SUBSCRIPTION
It is stated at the outset that, Kwickprep reserves the right to delete any account and or
restrict any access of any user from accessing any material/ content on the Platform in view
of any breach of material condition by the User. For further clarification it is stated that,
such materiality of the condition shall be decided by Kwickprep. The breach or violation
of any policy or guideline of Kwickprep can result into such deactivation.
In all other cases, the User shall have to address a email to Kwickprep on its registered
email ID with the relevant particulars. According to the policy and after all the due
verification, the said user account shall be deleted.
There shall be no warranty of any data, pictures, recordings etc. on the said ID of the User.
The same shall be completely lost and hence, it is well advised to keep a backup and or
copy of the data that may be required for personal use.
The users must note that we may not be able to delete all communications or photos, files,
or other documents publicly made available by you on the Platform, however, we shall
anonymize your Personal Information in such a way that you can no longer be identified
as an individual in association with such information made available by you on the
Platform. We will never disclose aggregated or de-identified information in a manner that
could identify you as an individual.
5. DISPUTES AND MISCELLANEOUS
The dispute resolution and other miscellaneous clauses shall stand deemed and accepted as
the same in the Terms of Access and Usage.
6. BINDING TERMS
These terms including all the other terms on the Portal of Kwickprep shall be deemed to
have been read understood and entered into by and between Kwickprep and the Parents of
the students in case the students are minor. Hence, in no case non-binding of any term in
view of minority of any user shall be raised with the Platform/ Service Provider.
Kwickprep Education Services LLP uses it individualistic material and examples in order to impart
educational services. However, some parts may be reproduced from other copyrighted material of reputed
authors only with the view for fair usage of the said material for educational purposes. Kwickprep claims
no right or inventive or copyright over such material and shall not claim any benefit derivable therefrom.
In addition thereto, the material, mode of provision of material and the presentation of such material is
copyright of Kwickprep Services LLP. No usage or reproduction or even derivative work therefrom shall
be permissible and legal action shall be initiated in accordance with law.
